Well, I have been writing down what I eat, everyday since I was like 12. I have always gained and lost weight my whole life, and I found it most helpful to write down what I ate. I have journals and journals of food logs. Not so much any more because there is an APP for that haha. I use Myfitnesspal to log everything that I eat, so I can take note of it, see where I can improve and look back to see what I did well, or what I didn’t do well. That being said, here is the list I am sure you are dyinggg to read, about what I ate today:
For Breakfast: I had last nights left over steak cut up small and cooked in a pan with leftover potatoes onions and peppers, an egg and a little bit of egg whites, it was delicious!
For a snack I had a few spoons of Chobani greek yogurt with some strawberries and raspberries and a few dark chocolate chips
For a pre-Tennis snack I had a “Pure Protein Bar” which was blehh
For Dinner Me and my Dad went to “On The Border” and we shared a Border Sampler with delicious chicken quesadillas, and these nacho things, jalapeno poppers that were too spicy for us, and mini tacos which were AMAZING, and we shared a Kahlua Pie which was incredible.
At work I had a taste of the new shakes that we make, and a rainbow cookie. And a taste of our new strawberry yogurt.
And now I am going to stop eating for today haha I hope! I am 1,000 calories over my allowed limit today haha woops.
